Alex is an old friend whom I have shot her sister’s wedding sometime back. Now is his turn to get married in Penang! I first communicate with Jo through email when they approached me last year, I was quite stressed as Jo appeared serious in her emails. Imagine I have to compose my reply with proper grammars and sentence structures…whewwww. It was a very pleasant surprise when I finally met Jo in person, she is a very talented and creative person who handmade all the accessories, wedding cards, deco, corsage flowers and even her own wedding veil, the most important thing is that, she is FRIENDLY and SWEET, a totally different person from her email, thank god I don’t have to speak Queen’s English to her (by the way, long live the queen!).

/// Same Day Edit ///

Anyway, I enjoyed the wedding so much especially the dance number by the bride and her dance troupe ( sisters, aunties and friends) to the ever wonderful song Aserejé.

~~~
I said a hip hop, the hippie, the hippie
Aserejé ja de jé de jebe
do the hip hip hop, a you don’t stop
tu de jebere sebiunouva
the rockin’ to the bang bang boogie say up jumped the boogie
majabi an de bugui
to the rhythm of the boogie, the beat
an de buididipí
